Lena Hoschek from Austria. I am absolutely loving her 2010/2011 collection. The main inspiration for her autumn/winter 2010/11 collection comes from the chap’s world: exquisite tweed tailoring, shirts of fine Italian cotton, in perfect liaison with suspenders, vests, ties and silken pocket squares.
The complex couture of the dandy, celebrating perfection in dress and manner. Too bad Lena Hoschek designs for women only. Full skirts, girly details and curve-hugging cuts ensure that the masculine never dominates the feminine. The silhouettes always speak the language of Lena Hoschek’s favourite era, the 40s and 50s. I Love That Gap in Between Your Teeth
The boyfriend has a small gap in between his teeth and he's always saying how he plans on getting braces to fix it, however I think it's absolutely sexy on him and I keep telling him to leave it alone. Call me crazy, but I think gapped teeth are hot. Don't you?
Here are some familiar faces who have gaps: Georgia Jagger (Mick Jagger's daughter)
Madonna
True Blood actress Anna Pacquin
Model Ruth Crilly

You Can Help
I am guilty of going to Starbucks almost every day to get some sort of $5 drink, so if I can do that, then I know I can donate to the Haiti relief fund. I did my part, will you do yours too? One of the most publicized way to donate to Haiti earthquake relief efforts is via text message. Texting "HAITI" to 90999 will charge a $10 donation to the Red Cross on your next phone bill.
Texting "yele" to 501 501 is also a way to donate $5 to relief efforts via Wyclef Jean's Yele Haiti Earthquake Fund.
New Restaurant Alert
I love trying new places to eat...especially when they're chic and just down right different than the normal Red Robin and Applebees. Now don't get me wrong, I love eating at those joints, but sometimes I want date night to really be date night. Remember Mabel Murphy's in Scottsdale? Well there's a new owner taking over, and I hear the place is like a NY speak-easy. I can't wait to go. Who's coming with me?
The speakeasy-style backdoor entrance leads to a vintage dining room of antique furniture, rich leather and woods to complement the classic dishes of the era. “It was a little more special to go out [back then] because people didn’t go out every day. It was more of an event,” says May. People took extra care in going out and in turn the dishes and cocktails took a little longer to prepare, he adds. At Mabel’s, hard-to-find scotches and aged wines balance classic items such as deviled eggs with caviar, Oysters Rockefeller and Veal Oscar. The restaurant will feature a raw food bar and a private dining room for intimate celebrations complete with a secret entrance and a one-way mirror to view the rest of the dining area. May describes Mabel’s as a bit cosmopolitan, where men and women can put their cocktail dresses and retro suits to use, but can still wear whatever is comfortable. - This courtesy of 944 Magazine

WONDERful Legend...
John Legend did a show a few nights ago and he brought special guest Stevie Wonder on stage with him to do Ordinary People.... I just melted. They also went into Stevie's, Ma Cherie Amour before the camera guys battery runs out.

This is Why I Love...Eva Mendes
Eva Mendes and Jamie Dornan are back for another season as the faces of Calvin Klein. While the duo wore lingerie and manties for the fall campaign, they are modeling denim this time around, though that doesn't mean they are necessarily more covered up.
Here's her censored Calvin Klein commercial, it was banned because you can see her nipple.

Rookie Is That You?
My cousin Dom ran across this when he was getting some music off some dudes myspace page. There's an eerie resemblance.
This Is Why I Love...Mark Wahlberg
I fell in love with Mark Wahlberg when he was the poster boy for Calvin Klein and my crush hasn't went away, and this is why:
The way he walks up in this part is sooo hot. Don't mind the stupid music on this vid (I mean I love this song, but really to the background of the Italian Job? Lame). I couldn't find a scene for this movie...weird. Just admire his hotness. Lastly, I was trying to find the final scene of Boogie Nights, you know the scene where you see Dirk Digglers gigantic weiner, well I couldn't find it anywhere, so instead I leave you with the second best thing:

To Die For
The reduced fat banana chocolate chip loaf from Starbucks is one of the best things I have ever eaten. Seriously it's a little bit of Heaven. But don't let the "reduced-fat" fool you, that shit has 390 calories in it. Holy Hell Batman, that's a lot. NY just passed a law where all food chains have to post how many calories everything is in clear site....I think that's a great idea, because even though I won't give up the banana chocolate chip loaf all together, it will stop me from getting one every day. LOL.

Happy New Year
2009 started off rough for the boyfriend and I; we both lost our jobs and the stress of it all took it's toll on our relationship. Thankfully though our love conquered all and we pushed forward. As 2009 came to a close, things are looking much better for 2010. My new job is going well and his clothing line, Dearly Departed,
is taking off, and our relationship is better than ever. We have our health, friends, and family...this will be a good year. So cheers to old friends, new friends, friends we have yet to meet, my family, fantastic family, my boyfriend, and to all of you that read this blog and all my nonsense, I wish you a Happy and prosperous New Year!
